The Kiwanis Club of the Delta from Antioch, Senator Tom Torlakson, Pacific Gas & Electric, Comcast, Sutter Delta Medical Center, Cypress Meadows, and the City of Antioch proudly present The Holiday Run and Walk for Health! Click here to register for the race!
This race event, preparing for its 32nd year, benefiting local schools, youth, and libraries and is an effective vehicle to promote and build a healthy community—starting with our youth!
The 32nd Annual Holiday Run and Walk for Health will once again be held at the Contra Loma Regional Park in Antioch. Click here for directions!
 This year the Holiday Run and Walk for Health will feature participation challenges for schools and libraries.
Last year, the Holiday Run and Walk for Health generated nearly $15,000 in grants for our communities!
A major part of the raceday activities is a Health Fair. Sutter Delta Medical Center and other Health Fair vendors will be providing health testing, fitness information, and healthy food and drink sampling.

Registration Begins at 7:30 a.m.
1 Mile Run/Walk 9 a.m.
Ages: 6 & under, 7-9, 10-12. All ages are welcome. For those over the age of 12 entry is for fitness and fun. Ribbons will be awarded to all participants.
10K Run 9:30 a.m.
Ages: 13 & under; 14-18; 19-29; 30-39; 40-49; 50-59; 60 & over
3 Mile Run/Walk 9:35 a.m.
Ages: 9 & under; 10-12; 13-15; 16-18; 19-24; 25-29; 30-39; 40-49; 50-59; 60 & over
Kids Dashes with Santa 10:15 a.m.
Ages: 3 & under (20 yds.); 4-5 (40 yds.); 6-7 (60 yds.)
